Şinasi Aydemir as the founder of Uzman Audit graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences with the bachelors’ degree in Economics in 1986. Between the years of 1986-1996 he worked as Tax Inspector in Board of Tax Inspectors. Then he worked as CEO in a group company with 1,500 employees. Thus, he gained various experiences in fields of administration, legal and financial as well as tax and audit matters. At the same time, he gave tax and economics lectures 1 year in Bilkent University, 9 years in Marmara University and 4 semesters in Military Academies. He served related to tax subjects in many institutions especially in Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB). His book “Informal Economy in Turkey” was published in 1995. He was a member of Turkish Tax Council for 6 years and hold presidency of various commissions in the Council. Regarding to informal economy and tax issues, he has written numerous of official reports and articles, participated panels and gave lectures.

Şinasi Aydemir with the Independent Auditor License continues to work in Uzman Audit as Sworn-in CPA with his expert team.
